Late/Cancellation Policy

All appointments are held with a major credit card. We understand that things come up and life happens. However, by not cancelling in time you are preventing someone else that could have had that appointment and costing the therapist or technician that time. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or by 7pm the day prior to your appointment. You must call to cancel or reschedule as we will not accept email cancellations. Same day cancellations or reschedules will incur a fee of 50% of the service charge. If you do not call or show, you will be charged 100% of your service price. We ask new clients to arrive 15 minutes before your allotted time to fill out our client consultation forms so we can tailor our services to your specific needs. Unfortunately, new clients that arrive less than 5 minutes prior to their treatment time, will not be treatable and will incur a 50% reschedule fee if there is a booked appointment right after them. We at Kasara Spa want our clients to be happy with their service. If any problems or concerns arise, please make us aware right away and we will do whatever we can to make things right for you. However, we do not offer refunds on services completed. Refunds for unused services are per request and must be made in person or over the phone. However, we cannot honor refunds for paid unused services over 60 days old.
