Late/Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be required to secure your appointment. Please call 702-263-6900 to cancel or reschedule by 5pm the DAY PRIOR to your appointment. You must call by 5 pm the day prior to your appointment as we do not accept after hours, overnight messages or emails. If you call after 5pm or same day to reschedule or cancel your appointment, or if you fail to show, you will be charged 50% of the service price. We are reserving a time just for you and our staff only gets paid when they work, so please notify us by 5pm the day prior with any changes. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds

We at Kasara Spa want our clients to be happy with their service. If any problems or concerns arise, please make us aware right away and we will do whatever we can to make things right for you. However, we do not offer refunds on services completed. Refunds for unused services are per request and must be made in person or over the phone. However, we cannot honor refunds for paid unused services over 60 days old.
